Cancellation kudlit techniques

Here’s some cancellation kudlit techniques I’ve been messing around with. The common way is to use the +. I’ve been using the X in my work but have recently been experimenting with incorporating the cancellation in the character.

  1. What is the proper way to repeat a syllable that does not use a kudlit? For example, KA KA TU WA? How do you indicate KA is repeated twice, without writing the character twice, since there isn’t a kudlit to repeat as a cancellation kudlit? Thanks in advance.
